The Founder

Built by someone who
refused to accept
any other outcome.

Adesola arrived in the United States at 17 years old from Lagos, Nigeria — with no family, no connections, and an absolute refusal to fail. He built his life in Monroe, Louisiana from the ground up.

While completing his Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems with a concentration in Information Security at the University of Louisiana Monroe, Adesola held multiple leadership positions and worked at the Louisiana Small Business Development Center — gaining firsthand exposure to the challenges small businesses face every day. He later worked as a Sustainability Analyst at a local company, adding operational depth to his growing expertise.

Raphael went on to serve as a Specialist Engineer in the US Army, earning his US citizenship through service. He holds dual Master's degrees in Data Science and Business Administration, a PMP certification, and CompTIA Security+. He also owns and operates a nursery, primary, and secondary school in Nigeria.
