Raphael Adesola Akinpelu arrived in the United States at 17 years old from Lagos, Nigeria — with no family, no connections, and an absolute refusal to fail. He built his life in Monroe, Louisiana from the ground up.
While completing his Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems at the University of Louisiana Monroe, Raphael worked as a Web Developer and Sustainability Analyst at the Louisiana Small Business Development Center — gaining firsthand insight into the operational challenges that small businesses face every day. That experience became the foundation of everything Adetron does.
Raphael went on to serve as an Engineer in the US Army Reserve, earning his US citizenship through service. He holds dual Master's degrees in Data Science and Business Administration, a PMP certification, and CompTIA Security+. He also owns and operates a nursery, primary, and secondary school in Nigeria.
